Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

Booking
Credit card details are required to confirm any booking.
No deposit is required.
Please note a surcharge of 3% will be applied to all charges paid with American Express or Diners credit cards.
Any recovery costs will be added to any debt.

Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for the behavior of all members of their party and any damage to the room or property during their stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.

Identification and Registration
All guests must provide valid photo identification at check-in. The person making the reservation must be 18 years or older and must be present at check-in.

Smoking Policy
Belle Bonne Motel is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in any rooms or indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for any smoking in rooms.

Pets Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval. A pet fee of $20 per night applies. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Maximum Occupancy
Each unit has a maximum occupancy limit as specified at time of booking. Additional guests beyond this limit require prior approval and may incur extra charges.

Quiet Hours
For the comfort of all guests, quiet hours are observed between 10:00PM and 7:00AM.

Guest Conduct
We ask all guests to be respectful of other guests and our property. Belle Bonne Motel reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of New Zealand law.

Security and Safety
For security purposes, CCTV cameras are in operation in common areas. Keys/access cards must be returned at check-out. Lost keys/cards will incur a replacement fee.

Parking
One complimentary undercover parking space is provided per unit. Additional vehicles are subject to availability.

Liability
Belle Bonne Motel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property. Guests are advised to secure valuables.

Property Access
Management reserves the right to enter rooms for maintenance, safety checks, or cleaning purposes with appropriate notice except in emergencies.

Force Majeure
Belle Bonne Motel is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Privacy
Guest information is collected and stored in accordance with New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.

Modifications
Belle Bonne Motel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your stay.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
